People qualify for
Cost Rental housing if:
- Their net household income is below €53,000 per annum.
- They are not getting any social housing supports, including the Housing Assistance Payment (HAP)
- They do not own a property
- Their household size matches the size of the property advertised.
- They can afford to pay the rent for the home
- Their household has only applied once for a specific cost rental property
